Weight Reducing Pills; Safe or Not???

Dr.Rizwan And all other Respected Members I need ur help regarding this matter which actually belongs to one of my best friend.

Actually the problem is my friend is too much fat he wants to reduce his weight. he tried too much to reduce by less eating and doing exercise but no gain now some one told him to use weight reducing pills or capsules to reduce his weight he ask me to know that either if these pills have some side effects on sexual performance after marriage as may be he is getting married in this year or next year and his in laws told him to reduce his weight up till marriage.

I expect a sooner reply from members....

Actually he is eating just one time daily not taking breakfast & dinner just taking Lunch and some times dinner also he is Arabian so eating food like rise, white bread normally actually the problem is he is busy in job and oftenly he not do excercise because of busy he not walk too much he use car but still he try to be regular in excercise. the problem he told me is he is taking just lunch but his weight not reducing.

did any one knows that weight reducing pills are safe or not i would apperciate if other members, doctors & adminstrators also reply this topic.

yes, these medicines have systemic side effects i.e. they affect all systems of our body. its better for ur friend to consult his family physician and get the plan for weight reduction, it includes schedule of exercise, diet chart, some specific precautions and routine measurements of weight and height.

Ask ur friend not to take any medicine without doctor's advise.

Thanks for your reply Dr.Khan_80. he already consulted his family physician and he advise him to excercise and less calories eating its now a long time he is on dieting but no gain as he lost all of his hope and wants to use weight reducing capsules i know that any kind of medicines having some side effects that why i suggest him not to use these capsules up till let me know from this forum members actually he's  arabian he already more then 25 years in age he worried may be his law not give their daughter if he not get weight reduced.

i need help from you that if i write the name of medicine or descripition can you tell me that it has some effects on health.
