mera sawal ye hai k kia koi esi  medicine hai jis sy weight kam ho saky or is ky side effects b na hon.hai tu plz bataain

my suggestion  is to do excerise and walk.And control oil and Ghee.And only eat green vegetables and drink jucies and water.

When u get up in the morning Eat some cereal.Phir uss key 2 hours key bad excersice karey phir us key 1/2 hour kay bad luch,dinner rat ko soney say 3 hour pahley karna chey or din ko middle may hungry ho to friuts lo.And avoid deep fried stuff,less rice,no white breat,no nan.Lots od friuts and vaggie.No sugar if u want to loss wight plz avoid sugar ,sugar is like a poision.Sugar ki waja say body may fat banta hey.

act upon their suggestions

and never use any medicine, ye ulta nuksaan hi deti hain....Drs bi hamesha yahi advice kertey hain k koi medicine use kerney se behter hai k insan apni diet per control kerye, exercise kerey, walk kerey aur water ziada piye....bus

medicines use nahi karnay chahiyai dubley ya motay honay k liyain...........balkay sirf ek kaam karain , apni khoraak main kami kardo...........like agar din main 4 times khana khati ho tou 2 times kardo aur agar tou times khati ho 2 time hi khaoo magar us meal ko adha karkay...........

is k liyain tamaam weight barhanay wali cheezo say parhaiz .......... plus some half to 1 hours walking also
