Weakness In Morning: Recommend Diet For Covering The Weakness

mein aap doctor hazrat se jan na chahta hoon ke jismani thakawat ki kya wajah hai mein peshe se ek construction site engineer hoon aur kaam bhi allah ke fazal se ziyadah nahi hai lekin phir bhi jab subha 4 baje ut tha hoon to aisa lagta hai ke bistar per hi leta rahon

thodi der ke bad fresh hone aur namaz se farigh hoker phir normal hojata hoon to mera sawal ye hai ke ye normal bat hai ya kuch kamzoori ke alamat kyun ki pehle mein is se tight schedule mein kaam kiya hoon jab aisa nahi mahsoos hota tha lekin abhi alhamdulillah aram ka kam hai sirf inspections karna hota hai site per

meri age 32 yerars hai, aap logon ki badi meherbani mujhe kuch diet (giza) batayen aur iska hal batayen

Generalized Weakness

first of all, remember one thing that sex donot make a person weak( male or female), rather it gives pleasure, satisfaction and mental relaxation. The weakness u mentioned may be due to lack of proper diet, rest and exercise. Follow these points:

  • Take simple diet.
  • avoid junk food and spicy food.
  • drink water as much as u can
  • do regular exercise
  • take atleast 6-7 hours rest.
  • consult ur family physician, he/she might prescribe u multi vitamin tablets or supplements. (donot do self-medication)

Jazakallahu khair doctor sahab aap ne jo bataya mein us per amal karonga aur aap ke batane ke bad mein ne notice kiye jo reasons aap likhe hai meri kamzori aur thakawat ke wohi reason hai

Weakness In Morning: Recommend Diet For Covering The Weakness

A man could even get body weakness by just doing some mental work only. If you experience certain changes in your activity, then it could be better to get physical review. Some basic blood tests could rule out anemia (decreased blood, Hb, RBCx etc) and other illnesses. Usually decrease of vitamins and minerals could also creaste such problems. There is noting to worry about since either you are absolutely right of if you have any problem then it could be of minor importance.
