I want to know exactly from doctor that

main jab bhi penis vagina mein insert karta hoon tu mujhe vagina mein bahut garam mahsus hota hai jis ki wajhe se ejaculation jaldi hojata hai, lady doctor se chek karane ke baad usne kaha ke meri wife ko urine infection hai. lakin kafi treatment ke baad doctor ne kaha ke ab urine infection khatam ho gaya, lakin main abhi intercourse ke waqt vagina mein bahut garam mehsus karta hoon, mujhe sugar hai , kiya yeh mera problem hai yah wife ka ? please give correct answer

I want to know exactly from doctor that

When ever I insert penis in vagina then I feel very hot inside vagina. And hence due to this reason I got ejaculation earlier. Lady Doctor declared that my wife is suffering from Urine infection. After doing a lot of treatment the infection in urine vanished however I still fell very hot in vagina. I am suffering from Diabetes Mellitus. Is that my or my wife’s problem?

Well it seems more likely that the problem is of yours. It could be due to Diabetes Mellitus that you have. Keep your sugar level under controlled. Diabetes may lead to sensational problems or so called nerve problems. You should get medications for it. Consult a Diabetologist in this regard.

I want to tell some more details, my wife deliverd a prematured baby (7 months) six months before. so before delivery i dont have sugar problem but that time when i intercouse i got rashes on penis & hot vagina also, then i check with doctor, he told me my wife has urine infection. that time she was feeling pain during intercourse. now also some time she was feeling pain in vagina during intercourse. i mean to say that may be she could not get complete cure from urine infection,

please can you tell me, how i can recognise who has to take treatment.

what type of  symptoms occurs during urine infection or sugar level increase

Well, Could be possible that she is having Urine infection as well. Does she experience any burning during passing urine. Is the color of urine changed? Does she has fever or pain while passing urine? First of all evaluation of the case is required. Secondly get your wife's URINE DR done and that whould reveals exactly whether or not your wife is having urinary infection. There are certain resistant germs that remains even after treatment. If that is the case then she would be needing a good antibiotic. the other thing is about treatmetn of Diabetes Mellitus. Get check your sugar level done on regular basis. If its normal then you just care about your diet.  Avoid all sugar containing items, beverages,sweats etc. Start to do moderate exercises and brisk walking for 20 minutes atleast for thrice a week. However if sugar is elevated much in blood tests then get consultation with a Diabetologist as you would be requiring then anti diabetic remedies.
