Why I Have Two Times Period In One Month?

asalam-o-alikum doc

main unmarried houn aur mujhe 1 month main 2 bar periods hotay hain main bohat worried houn plz mari help karain aur plz ye bhi bataian k ye 1 moth main 2 bar kioun hotay hain plz shukriya

I am un-married and I get periods twice in a month. I am very much worried. Please help me in this regard. Thanks.
