Toothache: Whether I Go For Extraction?

hi sir how r u.ma 3 moth pehleflour(chutt)se gira tha.or mere samne wale 3 dant darmeyan se toot gaye the.pehle to dad ka pta nhi chalta tha.lakin ab 1 month ho gia he bhot dard hota he.koi b thundi garm cheez khata hon to bhot dard hota he.or waise b dard hota rehta he.doctors k pas gia.koch ne kaha k dant nikalwane prein ge.or koch ne kaha dant na nikalwana.nazar chali jaye gi.meri umer 18 year he.ab ap hi btain ma kia kron.koi dawai bta dein plz.muje dar he agur dant nikalwata hon to nazar chal9i jaye gi.

I have toothache. Three months back I got fall from the roof and my three teeth that are on front had broken in the middle. Since one month I get pain whenever I take hot or cold thing. I have seen different doctors, some told that tooth extraction is necessary. While some told that don’t get tooth extraction other wise your sight would be lost. Please advice me what should I do?

Mein jab soo kar utha hoon tu mery mon me boht ziada thook hota hy aur some time tu soty mein mun sey nikl jata hy.

Dusar problem hy gum sey khoon any ka, specialy jab mein so kar uthta hon tu mera gum sey khoon ata hy. pher jab tak mein brush ya achi thra saf nakron tu kuch kha pee nai sakta.

Mein ne different toothpaste use kia hein shoru mein tu kuch aram ajata bt bad mein pher problem shoru ho jati hy.

Kindly give me advice or some affected medicin.
