Dr. Sahab mera nam kashif hai or meri shadi ko 6 month ho chokay hain may dubai may hota hooun mujhay problem yea hai kay meri semen kafi strong hai itni yeada kay jub may discharge hojata hooun to bhi nahi pass hoti haat say pakar kar nikalna perta hai mari yea problem please solve karin.

or dosai problem yea hai kay dubai may hota hooun kabhi kisi galat larki kay pass nahi gaya to or meri wife apni country may hain mujhay control nahi hota mujhay kia karna chahiyea. jub kay may kohi galta kam nahi karta hooun. nazam bhi proper perta hooun.

Dubai ka mahool bhi taheek nahi hai yaha her galat kam eazy hai mujhay kuch aisa advice dain kay mujhay saber hojayea.

semen thick ho ya thin es mein sperms count hote hain.. u r normal.pareshan hone ki zaroorat nehin.
