 What is the Suitable Age for Marriage?
Dear Friends & Dr Sahib i Have a serious problem please guide me...... Mera sawal yeh hai kay ek larki kay liyee us ki shaadi ki umar kaun si saheh rehti hai ..... meri umar is waqt 23 saall hai aur meri jis larki say shadi honain wali hai jokay meri cousin hai us ki age muskil say 15 saal hai .... kya yeh umar us ki shaadi kay liyee saheh rahai gi ?
I mean agar woh jaldi pregenant ho gayee ya during the intercourse us ko koee khatra tu nahin....!! meri problem yeh hai kay mera us say shaadi kerna saheh rahay ga ya nahin….! Main nain aisay kafi cases sunain hain aur dekhain hai un larkiyoon ki ages 12 say 13 kay hain aur un kay bachay bhi hain….! Aur main nain yeh bhi suna hai kay it's natural.....!!! plzzzzzzzzzzz reply me!!! main app logoon ka buhat shukar guzar rahoon ga….!

 medically marriage under 18 not allowed
A man can marry with a girl who is 8 years younger than him. But medically marry with a girl under 18 not encouraged.

 why after 18 years?
Please sir mujhay batain kay larki kay larki kay liyee us ki shaadi ki umar kam as kam 18 saal tak honi chahiyay.....
medically agar koee larki 15 ya 16 saal ki umar main shaadi kerti hai tu usay kon si problems ho sakti hai.....
please mujhay guide karain aapp ka jawab ... meri bohat bari tension khatam kerday ga allah app ko khush rakhay....... !!
aur is case main mujhay kya kerna chahiyay................!!!

both aspects.... from medical point of view, we donot encourage marriage before 18 years of age b/c there are some problems in the sexual life as well as there are certain diseases which are more common in females who are married at an early age.also if she gets pregnant at this young age, there are certain risks to her own health as well as to the baby.
also if u consider the social aspect, usually girls are not so mature at this age and they cannot fulfill the responsibilities of husband, inlaws, relationships, households etc. resulting in social problems and chaos in life.
u better talk to ur parents in detail regarding the whole situation and convence them to delay the marriage for the better future of u and ur family. |

islamic point mere bhai jehan tak age ka sawal hai to ladki 18 se kam nahin hone chahye ....ladki wase bhi beche hote hai ................. well yeh to thi secince batien ........... islam ki roshni main jab ladki balag ho gae then us ka nikha ho sakta hai chahe woh balag 13 main ho ya 18 main ja ker............... well aap dont worry ager aap ki futur wife balag hai then u can nikha.................... ok

It Depends! Dear Haroon,
Both things are right.According to Islamic point of view you can marriage and according to medical point of view you can't.
But this thing depends on certain other features.If your future wife is quite healthy and had a good puberty then you can marry her because Girls achive puberty then the boys of same age.But in case of marriage you implement birth control at least for 3 years. Because pregnancy in under 18 years of age might become hazardous for both mother and child.
If your future wife is not quite healthy and has a weak apperance then you are strictly adviced not to marry her before at least an age of 18.
The ideal age of a girl's marriage is 19-21 years. |

Question to Khansaab plz do reply to my question...i have a same sort of situation... i want to know that what islam says about such sort of birth control?
what are the issues on which one can ask the imam/mufti regarding the birthcontrol? Is it harmful for the girl for having child in such age? or any other reason?
What r ur concepts regarding birthcontrol in such situation?

Re.Birth Control! Dear Mehmood,
I , Dr.Rizwan,Khan_80, give the answers towards the member's post just on Medical point of view and a bit Islamic point of view.
As all of us are not in the category of "Ulema" or religious scholars.So i can't say anything in Islamic point of view on the topic of birth control.
While as regarding the matter of pregnancy in less age could be very hazardous to Mother as well as child as girl before the age of 18-20 isn't so healthy to conceive.Thats why i asked to implement birth control in such case.If the girl seems to be quite healthy and strong according to her age ,she can conceive successfully as the women of villages who hardwork for their crops and take pure and healthful diet so you can see that the girls become mothers in those areas at the ages of 17-18.But according to the lifestyle of Matropoliten cities where the lifestyle is luxury and women are delicate it can be hazardous.
For Islamic point of view on birthcontrol you can consult any Aalim near you.
