Stomach Problem And Indigestion.

A.A doctor sahab meri nano hain jin ki tabiat had se ziyada kharab hoti chali ja rahi ha takreban 7, 8 saal se ye pher es sa be ziyada ke urse sa un ke meda ma problem ha meda kanpta ha gabrahet bohat ziyada hoti ha or ab to un ki tange kanpne shuroo ho gai hain kuch khane pena ko dill nahi kerta ageeb kefiat ha her tarha ka elage kerwa chuke hain lakin koi fark nahi per raha belke merz berta ja raha ha un ka meda esa maloom hota ha jesa suker gaya ho plz ager ap ke pass es ka koi solution ho to batain we r very grateful to u plz reply me thanx ....

Dear Doctor sahib,

mere peat mein gas boot ban jati hai or thori dear bad kharij bi hoti rehti hai.

hazma theak hai, koi constipation nai hai magar gas boohat hoti hai,

please koi medicine suggest karin, take kam gas bane or kharig ho.
