AOA. doctor sahib mujhay aaj kal yeh problem hai kay merya foot kay nails mery foot kay flesh mai chala jaata hai aur jab mai inko kaatnay ki koshish karta hoo to woh mujhay bohat dard karta hai plz tell me about any ointment or any cure of this problem ................. waiting 4 ur answer

Now a days I do have in-growing toe nail problem and whenever I try to cut it off then I feel extreme pain. Please let me know the solution of the problem.
