I Go To Sleep With Out Meals After Coming From Job
dostoo main call center main job karta hon night shift main aksar khaana ghar ce kha k ata hon aur kabhi office aake kha laita hon office main ac laga howa hai jisky wajah ce mujhay piyaas bhi buhat kam lagti hai bulkay agar kaha jaaya k nahen lagti to munaasib hai to main jab duty dekar ghar waapis aata hon to wiyhout khana khaye soo jata hon aur aksar dopehar ko 3,4,ya 5 baje uthta hon phir khana khata hon mujhay ic condition main kia karna chahye plz apny apny suggestion mujhay den thank you .
I use to do job in call center during night shift. More often
I go on the job after taking dinner from the house and some times use to take
it in the office. I sit in the air conditioner therefore; I don’t develop
desire for water or thirst. When I come back to the home I go to the sleep with
out taking meal and then take meal after getting up at 4-5 pm. I want to get
your opinion in this situation and let me know what I should do. |

Fruits and Energetic Food Bhai, try to have a glass of milk every day, doodh mukamil gizaaa hai, aur khanay ki kami ko pura karnay ki takaat hai milk main. Aur din main jab khana khatay ho toh fruits lazmi kaho, aaj kal toh itnay mazay k fruits available hain seasonal.
Plus keep something in ur pocket, like koi healthy snacks wagera. Itna tension lenay ki zarurat nahi hai, bas aap ki routine he aysi hai, lekin khud ko mold kar lo with ur routine. |

is topic se related mojhe bhi kuch pochna hai. ager insan ki bookh pyas hi khtam ho jae to wo kia kare?yani khane ko dekhne ka dil tak na kare.3,4 niwale se hi pait bhar jae aur din me sirf aik bar khana khae wo bhi itna hi....:( wese mere sath esa ho raha hai aaj 2 weeks hone wale hain main khana theik se nahi le rahi...na hi subh breakfast krti hon na hi lunch sirf din me aik cup chae (Tea) peeti hon.aur rat ko 3 se 4 niwale khane me aur bas....mojhe weakness bhi buhot ho rahi hai lekin kuch khaya nahi jata to main kia kron???

waise mein bhi app sab ko such bataon to mere sath bhi kuch aisa hi problem hai, pehle to mujhe itni bhook lagti thi k mein din mein 5 5 baar khana khata tha, aur mota bhi nahi hota tha kafi slim tha, magar abb pata nahi kia ho gaya hai mein bauhat kam khata hoon aur weight bauhat barh gaya hai, balke ajkal tu mujhe bhook hi nahi lagti pata nahi kiyon, na subah mein kuch khata hoon na dopeher mein sirf aik cup tea aur sham ko 2 slice se hi pait bhar jata hai, |

For s4u and saahilbhai I just want to add something for u ppl if u like...
.... If ur apetite has especially decreased in this hot n humid weather thr r 2 medically proven reasnz to it...
.....1) hot weather dcrz apetite as body try to keep itself cool,digestion of thd food also create heat within body n body work hard to keep itself cool suppress apetite in an attempt to lessen work load...
..... 2) in humid weather even we prespire more than just hot weather , we lose water,minerals and vitamins in our sweat this lead to chemical imbalance that also cause suppression of apetite.... Multiviatmin 1tab a day is v.gud as it gvs instant vitamin also as ppl av mentnd fresh juices n fruits.... I do not say s4u tht u dnt go to a doc u may bt i just wantd to tell why most ppl say v feel less hungry in summer n in winter its exact opposite although days r short bt to keep body warm n internal metabolic rate hgh to generate heat v eat hot foods like chocolate n oily thngs ... |
