re: Sinus

Nothing can be advised without examination and without knowing the extent of ur disease, hence u are advised to see an ENT specialist. Get ur complete check up done and after that he/she will advise treatment.

Sinusitis:Treatment option

answer :

1)mostly people with recurrent sinusitis are allergic to something like dust, pollen or chemicals...

2)can be due to infection then immunity must be improved if recurrent attacks occur

3)sometimes genetic or by birth bone development od nasal paasages and bony sockets of face is such that these people  are more prone.

treatment:

1)avoid allergens and enviornmental pollution

2)steam inhalation

3)good diet and excercise for immunity

4)nasal spray for decongestion

5)anti allery and antibiotics via doctor prescription

6)sleep with head end elevated

7)hydration is very effective use of juices, water , soups are very impotant

8)also nasal wash repeated during attack

if recurrent attack occur and chronic state occurs that is resistent to drugs  then nasal  irrigation and drainage operation required.
