Sex During Menses: Is That Forbidden In Islam

Assalam o alakum,
I want to ask that it is true that sex with wife during the periods is forbidden in Islam. Now if any one do sex during mensis, what is the punishment for him/her. what should he do in this regard... should he give money to the wellfare or arrange the fast or just TOBA is OK. Is the other partener ie; wife have to do the same punishment...
plz give the answer with the references

1. ji ha menses ki halat mai mubasrat karna mana hai. agar ap ne aisa kar lia hai tu allah se toba kare aur ainda na karne ka ahad kare. allah maaf karne wala hai koi saza nahi hogi. lekin agar aap ne toba nahi ki aur ainda bhi aisa hi karte rahe tu phir aap jahannam ki aag ke lia tayar rahe.

2. agar bivi ne menses mai mubasrat karne se mana nahi ia tu is gunah mai bivi bhi shareek hai. ose bhi toba karni hogi.

3. behtar hai ke kisi aalim-e-din se bhi mashwarah kar le keh sirf toba se kam chal jai ga ya phir roza aur khairat bhi karni hogi. meri naqis maloomat ke mutabiq sirf toba se bhi kam chal jai ga.

sex during menses is not allowed in Islam. u better be careful next time.
