Suggestion As you mentioned that you only have these symptoms during masturbating or during dreaming having intercourse. It also seemed that you had masturbated earlier without these symptoms. I am guessing you are otherwise healthy and not taking any medications.
One question though. Did you ever had such palpitations and feeling of impending doom without having thoughts of sex? If it is due to some underlying biological problem that is affecting your stress response, then it has to happen in non-sexual situations which increases stress.
With the symptoms you mentioned, it could be due to some underlying endocrine or psychological conditions. Physicians do not make any psychiatric diagnosis unless all the medical conditions have been ruled out. So, a consultation with an endocrinologist may be needed. If you want to discuss this even further on this forum, then please describe in detail whether you are experiencing other symptoms besides the ones you mentioned, and whether you had similar symptoms in other conditions.
Hope this helps. |

@maniac33 As far as I think, this is perfectly natural and normal. I guess it's just your body's way of trying to tell you that physically you're ready to procreate. Your "symptoms" are clearly end stages of sexual arousal cycle, you're simply having a wet dream. You dream of having sex, which of course arouses you, you wake up (most probably when you orgasm) with elevated pulse and body temperature, sweating and wetness, all signs of having had an orgasm. Nothing to worry about ma'am, again, you're just having wet dreams which is perfectly natural for a person who has yet to have sex.
I suggest you marry as soon as possible. And stop worrying. What you're experiencing is normal, but if you keep worrying about it, it might actually become a condition.. So take it easy!! :) |

Relax If your body sweats severely then better to contact doctor and please stop relaxing yourself with cold water. Try to give some time to your body. It'll be normal after sometime. And those dreams are normal. Everyone has |
