Doctor, I got married 2 years back but I don’t have kids till so far. Above is

 You required treatment
Your semen is not ideal however your problem is curable. Your semen counts are excellent but quantity is a bit low, it may 3 to 5 ml per ejaculation. Active motility should be 60%. Its treatment is not very easy. .........edited......

I am suffering from oligoasthenozoospermia.plz tell me how it could be treatable.I m much worried for this.Here is my semen report.plz coment on it.

Colour: Creamy White
Volume: 1.5 ml
Consistency: Thin
Total Cell Count: 1.0 million/ml
Motility: active 10%,Sluggish 20%,Immotile 70%
Immediately: 30%
1 hr: 20%
2 hrs: 10%
4 Hrs: 0%
6 Hrs: 0%
Forward Progression: Poor
wet preparation: Show round Cells 8-10 (pus Cells)
Morphology: 20% normal,80% abnormal
Head 40% (micro,macro cephalic,Rounded)
Middle 20% (thick,swollen)
Tail 20% (thin,angled,coiled,bended)
Opinion: oligoasthenozoospermia
Plz tell me the reason for this poor report and what should i do to be a father soon. -- |
