 Safe Period Date: How Can It Be Calculated?
Dr.Sb,App ka yeh bohat acha silsala hai, Main app se safe period k bare pochna chata hon , mari English aur math weak hai app mojay safe period ki dates bata dain ager Mari wife k menses date 1st of month ho aur yeh manses 7 date tak osay rahtay hain aur next menses 25,26 ko start hon gay ,means 7 aur 25 k darmeyan kon kon si dates safe ho gi intercourse without safety k leyay, main 2 sal se condom use ker raha hon , mara ak bata hi mager mai abi 2 sal tak aur barth control karna chata hon, condom se main abb bore ho geya hon, plz jawab zaror dejay ga , Thanks

Yaar yeh bohat asaan hai.... sirf internet google per safeperiod calculator likh kar dhoond loo.... main nay aik aap kay liye dhoonda hai....aur mairay khayal main yeh best hai.

agar menses start period 1st of feb 2007 ho, aur yeh 26 din rahay (2nd entry) aur yeh 7 days rahay tou yeh enter karain aur calculate karain.....aap ko saray safe periods ka calendar bana kay day daay gha......
laikin yaad rakhna keh yeh sub 100% sure nahi hai....kuch din ka fark ho sakta hai..... aur yeh sub mairi zati raye hai behtar Dr. sb batain ghay...kyun keh main doctor nahi aik engineer hoon.....lolz......

Procedure to find out the safe period Period other than
fertile period in a menstrual cycle is considered as
SAFE PERIOD.
If you wants to avoid
pregnancy avoid inter-course during fertile period. Safe period is safe for
sexual activity.
Procedure
to find out the safe period
1. First, one should know the duration of the cycle, i.e. first day of the
last menstrual bleeding to the first day of the present menstrual bleeding.
This is the duration of the menstrual cycle. This duration varies from
person to person & is usually between 26 to 31 days.
2. Ovulation approximately occurs in the middle of the cycle, i.e. duration
of the cycle - (minus) 14 days (this also varies).
3. A week before and a week after the
approximate day of ovulation is considered to be Fertile period.
The days apart from this is called the safe
periods, where the fertilization does not takes place.
So, to calculate
the safe period you must know the fertile period.
4. Calculation of fertile period: The shortest cycle minus 18 days=1st day
of fertile period. The longest cycle minus 10 days= last day of fertile
period.
Example: if a women's menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle,
The shortest cycle: [26days] - [18days] = [8th day].
The longest cycle : [31days] - [10days] = [21st day].
Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual
period is considered as fertile period.
Period other than this
fertile period in a menstrual cycle is considered as
SAFE PERIOD.
If you wants to avoid
pregnancy avoid inter-course during fertile period. Safe period is safe for
se-xual activity.
Note: Because the above
method is not 100% safe then You may consider the above suggestion at your
own risk. It is better to consult any gynecologist personally along with
your wife to calculate the safe period.
