Road Traffic Accident: Rib Pain Bothers Me- Please Give Solution?

i am confused in some matter and i want to get suggestion about that. 18 days pehle mera road accident hua jis men mera head rupture hua tha n mujhe 6 stitches lge. baad men 1 week k baad stitches off ho gye aur ab mera zakhm kafi better hai. main masla jo men byan krna chahta hun wo ye hai k after accident meri upper body yani chest, back and arms triceps men stress sa aa gya tha. x-ray reports men sb theek aur normal aya i mean kahin b fracture nhi tha Thank GOD. medicines properly le raha hun pain k liye. ab ye situation hai k drdon men kafi frq hai pehle se and i am living normal life now i mean job pe jana and other home stuffs etc. but jo drd mujhe sb se zada preshan kr rahi hai wo meri left rib k nichay se le kr usi circle men back tk jati hai. hath lgane se utni jga dukhti b hai. pehle hath lgane se drd nhi hota tha bs wese hi movement krte huey hota tha. mujhe bs ye clear kr den k ye koi fracture to nhi ho skta? kyun k x-ray men complete chest ka koi issue nhi aya tha according to doctor. kuch log kehte hain k accident ki wja se stress aya hai. slowly hi jaye ga aur abi winter season b shuru ho gya hai tbhi drden ek dm zada ho gyi hain. aap is k mutaliq kya suggestion dete hain. please reply me soon.
