Exercise Guide
Assalam O Alaikum Dear Friends , following r the some exercise related questions , all knowlegeable members r advise to answer it
Exercise main kon konsay move shamil karnay chahiyai , (moves means push ups etc )....................aesay moves batayai jo normaly koi bhi addmi ko daily apni exercise main shamil karna chahiyai
exercise kay liyain best time konsa hai aur daily kitni dair tak karni chahiyai
kya exercise say pehley warm up hona zarori hai , aur warm up kis tarha hoya jaye
aur last ye kay exercise tazi hawa main karna zarori hai ya kisi bund kamray main bhi ki jasakti hai

Exercise karo! meri information k mutabik is forum par 2 bohat baray baray body builder hain, 1-beautystar 2-mnadeem , i think in logo ko pata lagay ga to tumhe body building karaingay, filhaal tum warm up say hi kaam chala lo..
konsay move: saray move shamil hain best time for exercise: Morning kitni dair: exercise k doran rest kam say kam karna hai or 30-40 minutes are enough... warm up: yes kisi bi kisam ki exercise say pehlay warm-up hona chahiye, is say body mazeed exercise karnay k liye tayyar ho jati hai.. or bachpan mai peety ki hogi uchhal uchhal kar, waisay ya phir upar neechay dain bain ghomoo , hatho ko arms ko hilatay jao, uchhaltay jao 5-6 min tak.. mere khayal say bohat patlay larkon ko push-ups ziada nai lagani chahiyen.
Open air: tazi hava mai ajkal bas pehalvaan exercise kartay hain, baki to clubs banay hotay hain, wahan par hi sab jatay hain... |

no 15 mins are enough.i have asked a personal trainer here....and he suggested that 15 mins r enough...to keep ur body fit and well maintained |

YES! bili ap larki ho , nazuk ho , apkay liye 30-40 min nahi , ap just 15 min exercise karo....
hitman mard hai , wo 30-40 min exercise kar sakta hai or kisi body building club chala jaey to body bi ban jaey gi... |

Re::; meray khayaal main body building ki jagah agar ghar main khud hi exrecise karli jaye wo zyada behtar hai , kyun kay body building kay side effects bhi buhut hain ........body banay k liyain push ups aur low weight hi kafi hain ............kya khayal hai
