Dr. sb, i am having lot of questions regarding my saxual weekness. please answer my questions like i plot..

1. i am suffering from pre-mature ejaculation whenever i sex with my wife.. this is a frequent phenomenon with me, its timing is about 1-2 sec..(Please advise)

2. Loose erection every time, I've never seen my penis errected normaly for the last 3 years, and i never took it serious.. now this is time to take it serious coz i am married now..(Please advise)

3. some times i get severe problem in my testicles, during/or after pissing. some drops of semen also get release..Even i release Semen drops frequently without erection, whenever i sit/chat with my wife.. 

4. I dont stimulate like before..

I think a normal person doesnt have these symptons.. Even i am not suffering from any disease(Shukar Allah ka)..I request you to kingly advise me, whatever the cure i should take.
