Pregnancy: Precaution During Month 7 Pregnancy?

Salam

I would like to Know what precaution should a women do when she is in months seven of pregnancy.

i also want to know  that is there any special injection or medication prescribed in general to the baby which is special for the seventh Month.

VAn i know the Sex of the baby in month Seven and what is the medical term used to know the sex of the baby.

What diet is suggested during Month Seven in general

I visited a CLininc and after making a Routine check Up the Dr. said that the Head of the BAby is Downword and said that precaution is required can you plz describe me whether is this any thing Disturbing, point to know that My wife is still working her daily routine works as Usual without feeling any pain

main doctor toa nahi hon aur na hee married female lakin agar doctor na aap ko precaution ka kaha hain toa aap ko intercourse sai avoid kerna cahee aur do char mahinee apne biwi kee domestic duties ko kaam kerne kaee koshish keraee. Abh woai akele nahi hain aur na hain normal teenager jisia hain jo her kaam bhag door ker ker laee gaee so aap anhai kisai maid servant ka intizam ker do toa acha hain 

Precaution

As a married person jo chezain mujhai pata hai mai apsai share karna chata hon.

1. Ap ki situation mai apko intercourse nahi karna chahiya kiyu ka baby ka head necha ana ka matlab hai ka agar ap intercourse karainga to KHUDANA KHAUSTA baby waqt sai pahla bhi paida hosakta hai.
2. Ab apki wife ko rest ki zada zarorat hai esliya koshish karain ka unka hissa ka kuch kam ap karliya karain yah phir kisi maid ka intizam karain taqai apki wife sukoon sai rest kar sakain.
3. Stairs utar na charna mai ahtiyat karain.
4. Milk aur fruits zada khain.
5. Jaha taq mujhai pata hai baby ka sex pata karna illegal hai aur shayad hi koi doctor apko batai kuch.
6. Tetnus ki vaccination ka injection 6 aur 7 month mai lagta hai shsyad ap ussi ki bat kar rahai hai.
