Nocturnal Ejaculation: Why It Happened?

hello salam, I want only doctors to reply please ,sir i want to ask you that when i was 14 years old an done day when i woke up and went to bath room I saw semen(mani)  was spread alround on my penis and on my testis and it was also dried up and i started Scratching it and it became worse and painful also and it became like a solid layer and now after 6 years pass it has became soft but it has became like layer on skin please tell me what i do or precribe some medicine ,i have not told this to anyone. please help me and reply me soon and i want only doctors to reply and reply soon

I think all is normal but the important thing u said that its become soft.... Well ur problem is nocturnal ejaculation, it is normal for unmarried guys.. but solid and soft is different thing u said. my advice u must visit ur doctor.

Es mai koi sharmanai wali bat nahi hai bhai. waisa to yaha pa jo doctors hai woh bhi apko acha mashwara daingai laikin its beter ka ap apna doctor ka pas jain aur unko sara masla batain.

we donot prescribe any medicine or ointment on line. u are advised to visit ur family physician for examination and treatment.
