 How Can I Remove Pimples From My Face
Assalamu alikum Dr. Sahab mai qatar mai job karta hu. aur mujhe thode thode din mai face per pimples hote hai.tu mai taddeen lagata hu. kisse baad mai wo jagha per black dhabba aa jata hai. aap mujhe bataye ki mai kya karo. agar mai pimples ko hamesha ke liye hatana caho tu kya karo mai. Thanks

apne soaps alag rakheyn
juices ziada piyen
pani ziada piyen
oily cheezeyn bilkul na khayen
spicies se bi perhez keryen
pimples ko hath bilkul na lagaya keryen |

Sajeed kuch boys ,females ki skin bhi esi hoti hai jinhe zaida pimples nikalte hain.onhe dosro ki nisbat zaida apni skin ki care karni parti hai.aap zeb ki advise par amal kare.aap ko kafi farak pare ga.
zaida garam tahseel wali cheezo se parhaiz kare.aur thandi tahseel wali cheezey zaida use kare.
sabzion ka zaida se zaida istamaal kare.soba uth kar moring walk kare. |

Health care When I had faced this problem then I use Retin-A cream which work for me and my pimples had gone completely.

simple solution aap cream use karo uska name ha pimple cream ya medical store se mil gaye gi easily is ko use karne ka methode ya hai k aap aapne face ko wash karain then pimple wali jaga par pimple cream ko finger se rub karain jab absorb ho jain achi tarah aap thori cream pimple par phr lag dain din mai 2,3 bar use karain or 2 din mai pimple khatam ho jain gaye
