sir i have bawaseer (Piles) problem. every time i have pressure on anus. when i m sitting and when i m laid on bed. i was gone to hakim two time he gave me some type of tablet but no rest. sir please help me.

Agar apki jo bawaseer pressure par bahar ati ha aur khud wapis andar chale jati ha ya ap khud andar karte han aur blood kabe nai aya wahan se tu ye bilkul initial stages par he...aur iss stage par ap jis bhe doc k pas jain ge wo ye advice karey ga..1) apne ap ko constipation na hone dain...2) isapgol ka chilka aise laina hek sath mai pani zada paiye tu constipatn ke leye affctv ha...try karain din mai 3 times lai lain....3) salad ka zada istamal karain....green vegetables zada lain...4) moli,gobhi jaise vegetable na lain aur pani zada pai karain...avoid oily food... Fruits mai amrood aur apple chilke ke sath..... Bawaseer k leye medical doctorz koi medicine nai daite.. Agar cönstipatn relieve na ho rai ho tu daite han... Ya agar bawaseer bohat bhar jaiey k blood aye ya har waqat baher nikli rahe tu operatn karte han..
