re...stomach pain and acidity do you smoke cigarette?? if yes then must stop it
do you take any medication for tension/anxiety or any other medication regularly like pain killers.... stop them too
your constipation can be the main cause of your pain in stomach and acidity that is being aggrevated by your tension taking habit
the first step is to cure constipation

ANJEER(figs)...bohat achey hotey han..raat ko 3 pani mai bhego dain...subha wo phool jain gey wo kha lain
agar phir bhe stool soft na ho tu medicine lain pani mai dalneye ke leye qatrey miltey han wo zaroor lain
second step is
take yougurt(dahi) as much as possible especially donot keep ur stomach empty ... early morning and late night yougurt is best for acidity(jalan)
donot keep ur stomach empty for prolong duration
small meals but frequent (4times)are required...
never take heavy meals like oily etc n donot full urself
avoid citrus fruits(lemon,oranges) , chilli and oily stuff...
if ur acidity is way too much u can take any antacid...
never eat too much at night before bed...
third stop taking tension!
