Pain In Knees After Intercourse

Dr. Sb i m 32 year old. i m married from last 6 years. i have two sons. in the start i did intercourse with wife only at weekend two time as i was away from home. and meet with wife only at weekend. 

before these two month, i remained one year with out wife in foreign country. so in this period once in a week or once in a two week i did self enjoyment(masterbution)

Now from last two months my wife is with me in foreign. i have too much desire for sex. but still i try to do after one day. as my wife is not too much interested everyday.

Some time i feel pain in my knees. particullay if i do much sex. is it due to more sex? i have read ur books that sex have no effect on health. i have no problem of food. i eat most of time meat and fruit. please tell me which type of food is good for this.

paakiyaar agr sex ka kohi adverse affect ho to players kabhi b hard games nah kar sakain. yeh aap ko wahm ho gia hay. sex main aik tanzeem laahain. week main once or twice karain. you will enjoy more. vegetables aur fruit ka ziada istehmal karain. after sex kum uz kum two hour sleep karna behtr hay.

Doctor say advice lay lain, aur apnay knees ka check up kara lain.
