Pain In Leg And Knee Joint

     dosto mara aik masla ha wo ye k mare right aur left pao k gutne aur upper half portion of pindli ma dard hota ha aur aksar nimaz ma bohat hi zyada  takee nikalti hai especially right gutne se. ma is k lea bohat pareshan hu. is ka kya karoo?????????

       Aur mare pao ma weakness bi bohat hai???????    is ka muje koi ilaj batai aap log?

KNEE PAIN from last4years

aslam o alakum sir i am 22 old un married boy i am having knee pain from last 4 years i have gone threw all doctor like orthopedic ,urologist an homeopathic no result
the type of pain which i feel is first: one is after standing an extra exertional work muscle pain +pain inside the patella,

sec :one is little swelling in the veins an sarking shocks in the knee

therd:one is when ever the desires get over on me out of control as how in the dream or while waking up discharge of semen then the pain get worse an weakness starts plz sujjest me some thing
