I am amir from lahore 26 years old. I have a problem i am feeling pain in my hips , thigs , bone joints and muscles in lower portion. i can't move easily from one side to other during sleeping. i am misturbating from a long long time. i want to know that is that due to misturbation secondly i have dark shades under eyes is that due to misturbation kindly explain and also tell the solution.

Hello Dear Friend,

The problem as you discussed, so I think you are suffering from Sciatica Pain known as Arqun Nisa in Urdu. First of all you should stop masturbation. As doctors say there should be less sexual activity during Sciatica Pain. Contact doctor as soon as possible. I am not sure that you are suffering from Sciatica. But it’s my guess because these are the target parts in this disease. Wait for some other replies. Maybe a doctor reply helps you in this matter. But you must stop masturbation and consult your doctor.
