Painful Intercourse: What May Be The Reason?

salam dr saheb mera masla yee hey ke jab me apni wife ke sath mubhasrat karta hou tu mujhe bht pain hotey hey mre wife me sex bhe bht kam hey baz oukat mujhe bht zakam hojatey hey aur mubhasrat sahi tarha nahi hotey hey aur hum dono ko bht takleef hotey hey mahrbani kar ke mujhe eis masley ka haal batye

Whenever I do intercourse with my wife, I feel alot of pain. My wife do have less sexual desire. Some times I get injuries badly and dont able to do intercourse properly. We both get alot of pain. Please let me know its solution.
