Kuch dino se meri kamr main halka sa pain rehta hai. Jis night main sex karta hoon us subha pain ziada hota hai. baaad main ahista ahista kam ho jata hai. please iska koi solution dain.

I have got married since one year and I use to perform intercourse on alternative nights. Since few days I have been having pain at the back. I do have more pain in the morning just after the night of intercourse. However; pain decreases with the passage of time. Please tell me any solution for it.

As far as my opinion this back pain is not caused by regular or extra sex.

First :
This can be started when you gone far away from exercising activities (like sports, walk etc. etc.).

Second:
This can be started due to your new bed or mattress.

Third:
This can be started when male sleeps with women (so close like arm in arm). Due to female's body heat male's body can be weak. Because men's body is not as hot as women's.

TIPS FOR REMOVAL OF BACK PAIN FOR NEWLY WED GUY:

1. Start light exercises like routine 20-30 minutes morning walk.
2. Try to sleep at bare floor. It can be hard at start but when you go through it you should feel very relax.
3. Do what you both want (sex). But when you are going to sleep keep your bodies away from each other almost one person's place far.

WHEN YOU DO THESE THING YOU SHOULD FEEL BETTER THAN NOW.

Don't do sex in the lazy position, while lying behind your wife side by side and to have sex. Because in this position you use your lower back to push penis inside the vagina. Only after 10 minutes of sex in this position, you will get back pain.
