Rhennitus & tinnitus

Dear Doctor

I been having Rhennitus and Tinnitus problem more than 5 months. I feel constant cracking noise in my ears plus get migrain pain and feel pain in nose.

I always get blocked nose. I visited doctor here in UK and he put me on medication but medication didnt work well. some one told me that suck mild warm  salty water through nose that will work but that also seems useless. I think mucus has been blocked underneith of my skull & ear passages. some time my eyes get red look like flu. In pakistan people call it band nazla.

taking cetrizine tablets plus using beconase nosal spray but still not happy.

Just wondering have you got any miracles to get rid off them because constant noise in my both ears is annoying me.
