No Sleep (Sleep Deprivation) Since Six Month

dear Dr. & all brother and sister,

main abroad main hoon 6 month say main soo nahi saka alhamdullallah subkuch theek hai good job, money problem bi nahi hai. agar bychance nened aa bi jay to lagta hai ka jag raha hoon mari ankheen ander ki taraf ho gai hain or black bi please koi hal batayeen.

sleep nahi hone ki kai wajah hoti hai, ziadah tar wajah sleep ke time per sochna hota hai. aap apna tajzia kare keh aap sleep ke time per kia sochte hai. agar aap yaha per bhi bata de tu members kuch help ker sake ge.

ham log aap ko kisi sleeping pills ka mashwarah nahi de ge, lekin yeh zaroor mashwarah de ge ke, agar aap ke sleep ka masla hal nahi hua tu kisi clinical psychologist ya psychiatrist se consult kare.

aakhir mai aik baar phir yahi kahoo ga ke poori koshish kijiye ga keh koi sleeping pills istemal na karna pare.

4.raat ko sony se aik genta qubal bi ziada khana khaein gay to wo aap k liye nuqsan de ho ga

5.kafi chaye choklaite aur munshiat se perhaiz kerein aur soty waqat khass tour per ulcohal ya kafi ka istemal mutt kerein

6.yaad rukhein vitamin B calsium copper loha ya calsium waghaira raat ko soty waqat takleef dety hein

7.aik mudhum si awaz mein moseeqi ko sunein raat ko khany k douran behass mutt kerein ya dulail mutt dein apni numazoon ko ba qaidgi se udha kerein aur sakoon se rehny ki koshesh kerein
