 Is That Nikkah Possible On Telephone?
Telephone par nikah hota hai ya nahi?
Mr. xyz USA mai hai aur os ki jaha shadi ki bat chal rahi thi tu larki walo ne achanak jaldi karna shuru kardi.
Mr. X etni jaldi aa nahi sakta tha is lia fori tor par telephone par nikah karna para. abhi rukhsati nahi hui hai bahut se log kahte hai keh nikah nahi hua? (41/5)

re: mera sawal 1. nikah ke lia zaroori hai keh eejab o qabool majlis aqd mai gawahon ke samne ho. jab ke telephone par aisa mumkin nahi. lehaza telephone par nikah nahi hota.
2. lehaza ap ke case mai mashwarah hai keh rukhsati se qabal eejab o qabool gawahon ki mojoodgi mai dobara kar lia jai.

a very interesting and important issue is raised by Mera sawal.
In this era of modernization and globalization, many people are gone abroad for job purpose or educational purpose. They can not come to their homeland again and again (sometimes even when needed), thats why the trend of telephonic nikah is increasing day by day.
members are requested to give their comments on this issue and increase the knowledge of all the people out there regarding this topic. |

Its OK In this global village this is possible to have nikkah over the phone . Nikkah mean to accept a girl in the presence of Gawah if some one is not at that place but he have two gawah at his place which ones he can put on Nikkah Form and then same over at girls side. that is possible and then Register it. or aijab wa kabool can be over the phone and can appoint one Wakeel if cant be present.
Gawah mean no one can deny the responsibilities so that is in Islam it is never heard atleast i didnt heard it should be in public even if only girl n boy accept each other in presence of Gawah it is nikkah . in this era if it is happening then lot of relatives always present at both ends so in my openion this is True Nikkah . haan again at the time of ruksati if do aijab wa kabool again that is nice too. |

Telephonic Nikkah! Friends plz share your views regarding this topic, keeping in mind that today we have web cam and microphone facility too........
Sometime it becomes a kind of majburi, bcoz usually girl's parents force to boy's parents for the telephonic nikkah, so what do you think that in this way nikkah will be jaez? |

video confrencing mere khial se video confrencing ke zaria Nikah kia ja sakta hai. telephone par gawah ki shakal nazar nahi ati is lia sirf telephone par nikah theek nahi hai. |
