Doctor Sab. 

One of my friend is suffering of Myasthenia Gravis. Due to this problem he had a surgery. During the  treatment and after surgery he is using cortizone. Becoze of this harmfull medicine he became too fat (increased about 20 kg) and red scrach marks appeared on all body. The one other problem which he faced is mently painfull for him which is about the size of his penis. It became very small and even not erected. As he told it was around 5 to 6 inches before but now witout erection it is just 1 inch as he is not getting erection. Befor it was normal. 

He did not discuss it with doctor but about weight increased doctor told heim it is coz of cortizone and you will be back gradualy by reducing medicine. 

Can you please suggest me about his sexual health. Will he get it back or not.
