salam, Dr sahib main yeh janna chahta hoon k main kam se kam ek din ka gap tu zaroor deta hon for inter course but i feels k meri sperm fluid hai woh ek tu kam hai or kaafi thin hai, or during sex i personally feels very hot, i mean k main bohat ziada garam ho jata hon, actually main ne ek jagha parha tha k ziada garmi ki waja se child helpful jarasim mer jate hain, tu kia yeh waja ho sakti hai kia, or jab k main kan se kam ek din ka gap deta hon tu meri sperm itni kam contity main kiyon hai or itni patli kiyon hai,
ek baat zaroor mention kerna chahon ga main apne bare main k main ne bachpan main i thin 10,11 saal k age main milk peena chor diya tha ya 15,16 saal ka hoon ga or os time se ab tak na hone k baraber hi milk peeta hoon tu kia yeh waja bhi ho sakti hai jo mujhe olaad nahi ho rahi hai, kia milk sperm k liye faida mand hai, plz answerd me in detail, regards salman

reply 1.take balanced diet.
2.sleep well.
3.try to do intercourse on 11th,13th,15th, and 17th day of ur wife's menstrual cycle as a must.
4.think positive and hope for the best.
5.most of all, keep faith on allah. aulad agar aap ke naseb mai hai to zaror hogi but har kaam ka ek waqt hota hai which is only known by our creator, so u better wait for it.
6.u and ur wife can also consult gynacologist for medical tests. |

 sorry main again aap ka kuch time loon ga, wesse mujhe update kerne ki aap ki fees due ho gai hai mujh pe, but phir bhi ek favour or lena chahon ga main aap ka k can u send me a detailed balance diet chart, jo mujhe help ker sake.

No Child Germs Doctor Sahab, meray nutfay main auladi jarasim pehlay to thay hee nahee magar ab 2 ya 3 hain sirf count main. jo k aulad honay k liya na kafee hain. count increase karnay k liya kya zaroori hai. koi dawa ya khoorak tajveez karain
