Contraception: Suggest Any Method For Birth Control

There is mine friend having 6 childern.He wants the family plannig but his wife  does not agreeon iy as she is very feeblre and not afoord any operation and also doubtful about afteraffects of medicins.So my friend wants to know about any medicins syrap or drops which only destroy his semen or reduce semen count to a level which cant cause pregnancy.Please write soon he is very worried

• natural method:

1. safe period method(abstinence 4m coitus for 12days in middle of cycle i.e. 8th to 18th day of normal cycle)
2. coitus interruptus(man's withdrawal 4m woman just be4 ejeculation)
3. lactation

• chemical method:

soaps, foams and jellies.

• mechanical barriers:

condoms, cervical cap, diaphragm, intra-uterine contraceptive device.

• oral method:

oral pills, injections, implants.

• female/male sterilization.
• post-coital pill.
