Menses Duration: Is It Decreases Due To Age factor?

AOA dr.'z i wana ask my age is 26 yrs. in my early teenage i had my menses for complete 6-7 dyas but since last 2-3 yrs there duration has decreased to just 2-3 days.and i oftenly have migrane attack before they start..my general health is also average...is this duration decretion due to age or any disease....?do i need to visit a lady doctor.?

Menses are related to age, hormonal changes, psychological status, general health and even climate and social environment, if ur cycle is normal and the flow during the 2-3 days is normal then don't worry. 2-3 days is normal and 6-7 days is also normal. range: 2-10days.
