Mega Mass: Can I Use It?

AoA Dr.Sahab  mujhe mere dost ne mashwara kia hai ke main apni body ko fat karne aur jisam ko bharne ke liye mega mass khaoon .maine poochna tha ke kia main mega mass kha sakta hoon ? koi side effects hain? Agar kha sakta hoon to plz yeh bataen k yeh kidhar se mile gi aur iss ki pakisani price kia ho gi ?
