Mere bhaiyon aur doston, Masturbation karnse apni zindagi kharab hoti hai. Allah ke liye jo log bhi Masturbation kar rahe ho unse guzarish hai ke wo ye masturbation jaisa ganda kaam karna chorde.

Astaghfaar, Duroodsharif aur Teesra kalima lazim pada karen.
Aur Salatu Tauba pada karen, Tahajjud me utni koshish karen Allah ko manane ki koshish karen, Inshallah ham sab khush rahenge.
kuch maine galat likha hai to mai maafi chahta hoon. aur Duaa me yaad rakhen sabke liye aur mere liye bhi..

 Is there any effect on my marriage
I was doing masturbation for 3 years almost complete but now i dont do
What happened when i see beautiful woman on TV or any other place
or in the market it was very difficult for me to stop me from Masturbation.
