Doctor sahab main masterbation kay dooran apnay haath per thook laga kar apnay Nafs per lagata hoon takay maza aaye. Aap say yeh poochna hai kay Thook lagana harmful tu nahin aur agar Soap use karon tu kaisa hai? Please jawab zaror dijiye ga. Shukriya.

I use to do masturbation by applying my saliva on the penis. I want to ask whether it is harmful or not? Or should I use soap instead?
