Do or Not to Do ?

As Salaam o Alykum. Masturbation is Haraam in Islam (agreed upon). Lekin mutual masturbation ki ijazat husband aur wife ko hai. Main yeh poochna chahta hoon ke jaise biwi apne shohar ko masturbate kar sakti hai to kya woh apni biwi ko periods mein masturbate kar sakta hai ? Intercourse periods mein Haraam hai is liye woh to nahin ho sakta lekin aurat mein bhi desire hai to woh menses mein kaise ejaculate kar sakti hai ?
