it depends what is ur input. ur output is once a day. but what is ur input? do u eat enough? do u make some sport? are u an ective person? what are u? and and and

normally it doesnt affect anything. increase ur input (food) and be happy. u r 17 years old. in this age u need to eat some more than later, coz u r growing. besides growing u r doing a hard job, dude.

Friend there is no side effects of masturbation but excessive of any thing is danger and harmful. Masturbation is very bad habbit its better to avoid it...

There is no relation between complexion and masturbation and about the ur health... health relation is with food, whole days activities, tension etc.
