Masturbation: May It Produces Infection?

my name is ali khan. im from islamabad. im 19 year old. i had masturbation problems since 4 or 5 years. i started daily masturbation. now i have control on this. i do this after 1 or 2 weeks. but im feeling some infection in my penis in on the top. im scared now. i heared about some infections that can be cured without operation. give me some informations about this please.  and tell me any medicine for this. i feel little pain after masturbation on the back top nerve of penis. ( zikar kai upar walay hissai kai peechay jo never hoti hay ) . please guide me about this.thanks

salam . no i dont have fever .but i had redness in the back of the thead of penis. im giving u a website. in this website u can see the picture of penis. u can also see the name of the part of penis about which im talking. im talking about *Frenulum* . here is the name of website

i feel redness and little pain in the left Frenulum.  there is a nerve in the left side of Frenulum. there i feel redness and littke pain. not every time, only time of masturbation, some times of masturbation i dont feel these things. but somtimes i feel. so please give me information about this. thanks
