hello, i'm new here

actually i have a problem m 23 yrs old n from almost class 8 i started doing mastrubation, n now muje lagta hai mere under se her sex feeling khatam hogai ho ub bas kabhi temporary feeling hoti hai n n after mastrubate its like just pissing off..., pehle jesi enjoyment nahi hoti

mera har cheez se dil uchaat hogaya hai, har waqt uktahat rehti hai,

kia mei Khuda na khasta disable hogaya hun?mujhe lagta hai k meri is mastrubation se mei disable hogaya hun

can u plz help  me n reply me k kia waaqi mei disable hogaya hun?

n haan to iska kia ilaaj hoga, n kahan se hoga?

plz reply me sincerely

asslamualikum janab ap ne apna masla likha tu main ku sirf itna mashwara dun gaa ke se pehle app yeh bat apne zehan se nikal du ke ap disable ho gai hoo kyon ke ager app aik mard ho tu ap kabhi bhi namard nahi ho sakte until u r not an old man...jawani mastani hoty hai ghalti sab kerte hain or yaqeen karu yeh sirf app ka weham hai ap aik kam karu every night sune se phle milk garam ker ke us main 5 kahjor dal ker pee lia karuu or fruits and vegetables kahuuu or abb masturbation ku kuch arsee ke liyey ruk du insallah app ka masla hall hoo jaii ga orr kisi ache dr see zarur contact karuu .....

namaz parhuu ALLAH se dua karu ok

Dublay pan say nijaat AUR bharpoor TAKAT ka nuskha....

hakeemo ko paisay denay ki bajaey agar tum khooraak ziada kar saktay ho to wo kar lo.. is say sab set ho jaeyga..

  • 2 kilo dudh daily peena hai
  • butter/margerine & cheese (atleast 200 gram) rozana khana hai.
  • Bread
  • Yogurt
  • Fruits (banana strawberry etc)
  • meat (especially BEEF, Mutton & sometime FISH & Chicken)
  • 6 time meal (3-4 ghantay k wakfay say)

din mai 3 ki bajaey 6 time khaana khao, (3 ya 4 ghantay k wakfay say).
har bar khana khanay k sath dudh ka 1 glass, yani 6 time khana to 6 glass dudh...
iskay ilava din mai kisi bi time 2 glass BANANA YA STRAWBERRY ka milk shake pi lo..

3-4 din is tara kha pee kar , gym join karo, aur subah k time exercise karo aur ghar aa kar milk shake k 2-3 glass peo , phir 2-3 ghantay baad nashta karo sath dudh ka glass ,, baki pehlay hi bata chuka hon......

namaz bakaedgi say parhna shuru kar do... is say tum par bohat acha effect paray ga aur jism active rahay ga...

gosht khana bohat zaroori hai,, especially bara gosht (BEEF),, keema bana kar khao to ziada behtar hai,, Qeemay mai Red Chilli bohat thori dalni hai, iski bajaey kali mirch (black pepper) aur Green Chilli dalo.. aur ho sakay to makhan mai banao,, aur khanay k time phir say makhan dalo aur mazay say khao...

lunch aur dinner dono time gosht khana hai,, raat sonay say pehlay yani sixth meal mai cheese sandwich ya kuch aur bana kar kha lia karo aur sath dudh ka glass..

within a month you will see an amazing difference in yourself....

Well my friend Ksaad due to masturbation no one can be disable. Any way avoid thinking like that and feel relax. Mr Josh give already u a heavy diet (ALLAH karai yah sab khanai kai  baad apka pait kharab na ho).. Inshallah u will feel beter in few days but remember feel relax.

well thanx alot for ur concern and help but i want to tell u that already my diet is masha Allah ok n weight b theek thaak hai MAsha Allah se

exercise haan regular basis per nahi karta but phr b try to play cricket and sometimes running b karta hun

agar mei kisi doc se karaun check to kahan se? im in khi

bas mei fed up bht hua hun may b coz of loads of studies n ghar ki problems hen is it possble na k ghar ki problems n studies se insaan kabhi itna fed up hojata hai k uska har cheez se dil kharab hojata ha

is it ryt?
