3-4 din is tara kha pee kar , gym join karo, aur subah k time exercise karo aur ghar aa kar milk shake k 2-3 glass peo , phir 2-3 ghantay baad nashta karo sath dudh ka glass ,, baki pehlay hi bata chuka hon......
namaz bakaedgi say parhna shuru kar do... is say tum par bohat acha effect paray ga aur jism active rahay ga...
gosht khana bohat zaroori hai,, especially bara gosht (BEEF),, keema bana kar khao to ziada behtar hai,, Qeemay mai Red Chilli bohat thori dalni hai, iski bajaey kali mirch (black pepper) aur Green Chilli dalo.. aur ho sakay to makhan mai banao,, aur khanay k time phir say makhan dalo aur mazay say khao...
lunch aur dinner dono time gosht khana hai,, raat sonay say pehlay yani sixth meal mai cheese sandwich ya kuch aur bana kar kha lia karo aur sath dudh ka glass..
