Laser Therapy: Does It Removes Hair Permenantly?

Aslam o alikum!!

Hope you all will be doing well. I want to know about laser therapy for hair removal. It is very common now-a-days. I want to know, are there any side effects of this therapy? Is Laser therapy permanently removes hair? If we apply this therapy on face for hair removing, it will safe or not for face skin, as face skin is much more delicate as compare to body skin. How much this therapy will cost?
