 Raised SGPT (LFTs) - Causes?
(What does it mean when the liver test says SGTP or SGOT is 60 when the normal level is between 0 - 40?)
dear docs/mems last week maine apna blood test karwaya tha jis mein mere liver ka result kuch theek nahi aya doc ne kaha tha k app k jigar mein garmi hai aur is garmi ka level 60 hai jab k normal level 0 se 40 hai...
main yeh janana chahta kya yeh level ramdan mein pakoray aur fast foods khane se huya hai? ya phir main chai ziyada pita hoon uski waja se?
aur ab main is level ko 0 - 40 kase laa sakta hoon ab mujhe kya khana chahiye? aur kya nahi?
mare doc ne kaha hai tea, oily khane chor do aur khiray muli aur friut ka ziyada se ziyada istmal karo dose he said well?

zamu SGPT and SGOT are two different liver enzymes. Don't mix them up. plz tell which one is increased as SGOT is increased in liver disease as well as in muscle problem and heart disease also. but SGPT rises only in liver disease. |

re: jigar ki garmi SGPT 60 ka matlab yeh hai keh aap ka LFT (liver function test) normal nahi hai. ise normal kerne ke liye chiknai, charbi aur oily khana se perhez kerna hoga. aap ke doctor ne aap ko sahi mashwara dia hai, os per amal kare

viral hepatitis u may be suffering from viral hepatitis, do u have any symptoms? exclude the cause of de-ranged liver enzyme and eat boiled food, drink plenty of water, juices and fruits. take rest and repeat LFT after 1week. |

SGPT eat boiled food, drink plenty of water, juices and fruits. take rest and repeat LFT after 1week. |

14 down 12-10-08 test and result was 36 now my ALT(SGPT) in normal level, do i need more care to get my ALT level down between 20 to 30?

mohsin salaam dr sahab,mohsin here age 33,single,,dr sahab muje jiger ke garmi ha or h,plori positive bhi hai,sgpt 60 hai pechle yr test krwaye tu pata chala,abb tu shyd or kam khrab hogaya hai,,bohat elaj krwaye lakin koi fareq nahe ,muje proper diet ka bhi nahe pata.yeh janta ho garam or cheknai wali cheze nahe khane,lakin ghar mein salan jo banta hai usme ghee ya oil tu dalta hai,pechle year test krwaye the sath yeh bhi pata chala h,plri positive hai,kafi yers se stomic mein chuban mehsoos hote hai,jin dini aisa hota hai un dino sehat bohat kharab hojate hai,rung kala per jata hai,jism mein weakness ajate hai,abb kabi stomic mein chuban hote hai or jiger ke garmi tu hai he,ankhe red rehte hai khana khane ke bad ankho se pane behta hai kamer mein pain hai,sehat bohat down hochuke hai,plz muje jald reply krke muje bataye kase mere sehat ache hosakte hai,or complet diet bhi bata de,apka bohat ehsan mand rahonga,mohsin |

LFT (ALT) Raised Helo Dr I am Mohsin Ilyas 27 yr old
mera sath aik msla hai mera LFT(ALT) lavel ziyada ho gya hai 1dec 2012 ki chack karwaya to 85 tha parhez or medicen use ki 11 dec 2012 ko dobara chack karwaya to ALT 103 aa rha hai plz mujhe koi bhetar advise karein k khane mein kiya piyun or kin chzon se parhez karon kindly reply me.
