The best solution is to call ur wife at ur place bcoz u need her alot and more than that, in this condition( being pregnant), she needs u very very much. so its better to keep her with u.

after delivery, vagina gets loosen a little bit, not too much. the sexual satisfaction and pleasure remains the same.
