2. If the clear liquid that comes out after 5 months of pregnancy is sucked by husband then would it be okay according to medical and Islamic point of view?

1. This is assumed in our society that putting a picture of cute babies does have impacts on upcoming baby. Well it's not a bad idea. Since the lady is now on the way to generate a new human being, via visualizing that picture he may build her self in her fantasies for giving birth a child who would be as like as this picture's baby. This picture might give high moral to her and she would start thinking about her new coming one from the very first day. She might develop sympathy for baby and would feel honor about her self that she is going to be a mother and she start realizing her increasing responsibilities. 
2. The clear liquid that comes out from the breast during pregnancy and before delivery is not milk yet. It is a clear liquid that gets in breast when lady becomes pregnant that will turn to milk after baby has arrived. This clear liquid will be very important to new baby as it helps to regulate his bowels for the first few days after his birth. Well by mistake sucking of clear liquid has no harm. And doing it willing fully doesn't make any sense?
3. Intercourse with wife during pregnancy can be performed at any time until and unless the concerned doctor with whom the pregnant lady is booked advised to keep away from it.
