Doctor Sahab Mara Pate baher a raha hai Ahista Ahista Main boohat preeshan ho Pate ke waja say main boohat preeshan ho koi pant bahenta ho tu ajeeb sa  feel hota hai plz doctor sahab help keray bataye main kasay asay Ander keroo mari age abhi 18 saal hai or ya boohat bahr hai. plz help

over eating karne se bhi pait bhar jata hai aap matwazan diet use kare.aur khana kha kar walk kiya kare..khana ka kar foran laita na kare.khana kha kar forun soiya na kare.sone se pehle almost 3 hr pehle khana khaa liya kare.bhook rakh kar khana khaya kare.soba uth kar walk aur runing kiya kare.runing bhut he achi cheez hai body ke liye.

  • ap daily subha sham walk keryen
  • daily jogging keryen
  • water ziada piyen
  • oily aur spicy food kum se kum khayen
  • chicken , mutton aur meat ka use kum keryen
  • salads or vegetables khaya keyen
  • roti kum khayen
  • khaney k 3ghantey se pehle na soya kerye aur na leta keryen
