Height Increasing Tips - Weight Increasing Diet

Dear Dr. &  Members,

I'm debut on this side, Please help & suggestion of this matter.

Dr. Sahab   meri age 25 hai, jabke mera weight 48kg. aur meri height approximate 5.2 hai, meri engagement ko 3 months hogaye hai aur marriage me 6 months baqi hai.

meri problem ye hai ke mara weight increase nahi horaha hai. jabke height bhi kafi time  se yahe per stop hai.  kafi doctors se checkup karvaya aur inki instruction ke mutabiq medicine aur foods (khorak) bhi li lakin weight aur hight me koi increasing nahi hoi.  jabke gynalogistc doctor ki advice ke mutabiq (amino fuel 900 bhi use kya hai)  me yeh chahta ho ke kam-is-kam  mera weight to increase hojaye kyuke meri fiancee healthy hai aur is ka weight bhi mujse ziyda hai. aisa na hoke muje baad me muje weight ke chakar me sharmindagi uthani pare.

me chahta hoon koi aise medicine  batye  ke mera weight jald us jald  bar jaye.

Please help & suggestion for my problem.

yar height ka problem tu mery saat b hai meri age tu 22 hai or yaha memebers mujy bataye ki ab meri height increase nahi hosakti so mera nahi khalya ki ap ki height ab bary gi kiyon ki ap ki age tu 25 hai or 22,23 k bad tu kher muskil hai jaha tak weight ki baat hai tu ap medicine say jiyada khurak achy khaye or vegitables use kary ,,or lets see ki members kia maswara dety hai

25 saal ki age mai height nahi barh sakta, lehaza height barhane ke chakkar mai na pare.

jaha tak weight ka taluq hai tu agar koi bimari nahi hai tu fikir na kare. kuch log duble hi hote hai aur on ka weight nahi barhta. generally duble patle logo mai fat depots kam hota hai jis ki wajah se woh kuch bhi khaye on ka jism mota nahi hota. fat depots ki kami achchi baat hai aisa aadmi dil ki bimari se bacha rahta hai.

aap bivi ki khatir weight barhane ki koshish na kare. beshumar log aise hai jis ki bivi shohar se moti hoti hai. moti bivi ko dubla hone ki ziada fikir hoti hai, lehaza aap sharminda nahi honge, sharminda kisi ko bhi nahi hona chahiye.

aap apne doctor se mashwarah kare, agar aap ka weight kisi bimari ki wajah se hai tu os ka ilaj karai, warna na pareshan hone ki zaroorat hai aur na hi weight barhane ke liye ulti seedhi medicine khane ki.

dear height to ab ap ki kisi sorat nai berh skti...

baki rahi weight ki bat to us k liye kisi achey family Dr se rabta keryen aur apni diet ko behter se behtr bananaey ki koshish keryen....

How To Increase Weight And Height

Answer:

In order to gain the weight appropriate diet plan should be adopted. First calculate your own calorie requirements and then select the food having higher calories than your normal requirement. For a 25 years old man having height approximately 5 feet 2 inches and weight 48 kg, the approximate calories requirement is 21000 Kilo Calories per day. In order to gain the weight he requires to take the following:

Apple Juice       2 cups per day

Beef Meat         Three times per week

Butter               2-3 slices per day

Cake or Pastry   2-3 pieces per day

Cheese Cake     1-3 cakes per week

Chicken            2-3 times per week

Custerd                        2-3 times per week

Eggs                  One egg daily

Oily and heavy diet       2times per week

Honey              50 ml per day

Ice Cream         3 times a week

Margarine         2-3 times a week

Mayonnaise       1-2 times a week

POTATOES       1 Potato   per day

Wheat Bread     3-5 breads per day

N:B  Your regular meals would comprise the normal diet in addition to the above mentioned items. For increase in height you have to be contented for whatever has been awarded to you by God.
