Mera Motapa Meri Shaadi Mai Rukawat Ban Raha Hai

Assalamo alikum.....sir mera motapa meray shady main rukawat bun chuka hai vo iss liye kai mera weight boht ziyada hai aur main darta hoon kai shady kai baad main intercource karnay main kamyaab ho paoonga ya nahin jiss ki waja sai mery amma mujay daily shady karnay ko bolty hain laikin main mana kar daita hoon aur jiss ki waja sai meray amma bohot pareshaan hain abb plz app log batien kai main kia karoon aur kiss tara apna ye weight kam karoon khaas toor par apna (pait) kiss tara kum karoon. plz help meray tamamm bhaiyoon  aur behnooo sai sawal hai plz help me.......

khanay peene main khayal karain roghni khanay kam khayien aur khanay k sath kheera bohat ziada istamaal karain daily 2 time .....khana khanay k bad soya mat karain.....walk kia karain joging kia karain....

yuga ki ek exercize hay ( namaskaram ) jis main seedhay kharhay ho kar apne hath peron ki unglyon se touch karne parhtay hain is tarah k gutne na murhne payien....aur ye exersize khali pet ki jati hay.....shuro shuro main 1 min tak ye position rakhain phir aahistay aahistay isay 5 minute tak brha dein...aur phir hathon ki hathelyaan zameen par lagni chahyain...note:agar kammar main dard ho to ye exersize na karain jab tak dard khatam na ho jaye.....................

ek aur exersize hay jis main ye karna hay k apne per kisi cheez main phansa kar let jayien aur apni kammar ki taqat se apne jism ko uthayien is tarah k kammar zameen k saharay par na ho...phir isi tarah uper uthayien aur neechay jayien....ye exersize bi khaali pet karain....

Marriage Hurdles: Obesity - Solution

In order to reduce your weight appropriate diet plan should be adopted. First calculate your own calorie requirements and then select the food having lower calories than your normal requirement. For an average weight 25 years old man having height approximately 5 feet 8 inches, the approximate calories requirement is 28000 Kilo Calories per day. In order to reduce the weight you requires the following:

  1. ```       Avoid Eggs, butter, dairy items, bakery items, sweet disches, oily  meals etc
  2. ```       Don't take fast food and potato items
  3. ```       In order to fill your stomach take banana (3-4 per day), apple (3-4            per day) salad and cucumber as much as possible
  4. ```       Chicken once in a week
  5. ```       Cabbage and carrot 3-4 times a week
  6. ```       One Glass of skimmed milk per day
  7. ```       One papaya at least one per day
  8. ```       One or two tomato per day

You are also required to perform jogging and brisk walking as much as possible.
